What was the highlight of Hôtel Birdy by Happyculture
Handy for one or two nights. Lovely staff and facilities
Perfect for one night or two! Staff is super friendly 24h check-in is handy. We loved the welcome, breakfast, the commun area, parking is super easy ! Nice view from the Golf room. Bed and pillows were comfy.
We had issues with the hot water which was luke warm, and some machinery was working all night and it was not easy to sleep.

What was the highlight of Hôtel Birdy by Happyculture
Nice hotel, nice staff but not at all happy about the charge 300 euro blocked on my card.
The hotel has a ridiculous policy of blocking a 150 euro payment per room in case the client smokes in the room. As I had a family room, it resulted in a 300 euro charge blocked on my card. When we checked out I enquired as to when the charge would be released, I was told the following day. It took a full week, I had to contact the hotel and my own bank twice before the charge was finally released. If I had known about this policy, I certainly would not have booked this hotel, I certainly will not be staying there again as a result.

Very Good
The personnel at reception were very kind. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast exceptionally good.
Our room was on the first floor; there was an electric humming sound all night, and I barely slept 3 to 4 hours. Up to about midnight I heard the neighbours from next door as well.

We stayed here because of the proximity to Aix Arena, it was a good choice. Large parking, comfortable room, friendly staff.
